The Time-Back calculator
We run a free tool called the Time-Back calculator, which estimates how many hours a week you lose to back-office work and what that time is worth. This section explains what happens to your information when you use it.
Using the calculator
You can use the calculator without giving us anything. Your answers stay inyour browser while you work through the questions, and your results are worked out on your own device. We do not see your answers, and nothing is sent to us,unless you choose to fill in the form at the end.
If you ask for a personal video
At the end of your results there is an optional form to request a personal video. The video we record is itself information about you and your business. We host it on Kommodo.
If you fill in the form, you are asking us to record you a short video with our take on your numbers, and we collect:
- your name and email address, so we can send the video to you
- your answer to “what is eating most of your week right now”, if you give one, so the video is about your situation rather than a generic reply
- your business name and website, if you give them, so we have a little context before recording
- a summary of the results you were shown, which includes your team size, the hourly value you entered, the hours and value the calculator estimated, the area of work taking up most of your week, and your indicative mental load
We use this only to record and send you the video, and to reply if you write back. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis is your consent. You asked us for the video, and you can change your mind at any time by contacting us.
The newsletter
The form has a separate tick box for occasional emails from us about getting time back in your business. It is never ticked for you, and leaving it alone does not affect your video. If you do tick it, we send you those emails on the basis of your consent. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from the newsletter does not remove anything else.
Who else handles your information
- MailerLite, our email platform, stores the details above and sends our emails. MailerLite is operated by UAB “MailerLite”, based in Lithuania in the European Union. Their own privacy notice explains how they handle and store data.
- Cloudflare hosts the calculator and passes your form submission on to MailerLite. Cloudflare does not store the contents of your submission for us.
- Make (Integromat) moves your details from MailerLite into our internal queue so we know a video has been requested.
- Notion holds that internal queue, which is the working list we record videos from. It contains the details above.
- Kommodo is the tool we use to record and host the video. The recording is stored on their platform and shared with you as a private link.
They all act as our processors, which means they handle the information on our instructions and not for their own purposes.Your data
Your rights
If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we act on that straight away rather than waiting for that period to run out.
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Contact Untangli and we will sort it out. You do not need to give a reason.
