You focus on being the best.
I’ll focus on systemising the rest.

Become a smoother business operator

If running a business feels like running an admin department, you you can avoid that by receiving ‘The Untangli Edit’: a fortnightly newsletter in your inbox consisting of what I’m noticing in that world, with opinionated and interesting anecdotes that’s actually worth your time and your business.

It’s free, 100% spam-free and you can unsubscribe whenever you want.

What I sort out for you

Most founders and business owners I work with are very good at what they do. But behind-the-scenes, things are getting messy and tangled up.

Tools that don’t quite talk to each other. Processes that live in someone’s head. Tasks that could be automated still being done manually every week. The business is running, but it costs more of your time than it should.

That’s where I come in. I assess what’s actually going on across your digital setup, your day-to-day systems, and your business admin, clear what needs clearing, and build what should be working properly but isn’t. The output is a business that runs more efficiently than it did before, and stays that way, while your business is growing and operating smoothly.

And ensure that you have more of the most valuable and finite resource around.

Your time.

Do any of these sounds familiar?

Your setup grew faster than anyone planned for

It came together one tool, one account, one workaround at a time, as the business grew around you. It functions, but nobody with the right eye has stepped back to ask whether it’s actually sound: overlapping subscriptions, logins tied to a personal account, security that’s more hope than system.

The whole thing lives in your head

Priorities, processes, who does what, all of it held by you. Nothing’s written down, so onboarding employees means explaining it from scratch every time and nothing moves unless you push it. It works because you’re constantly steering, not because there’s a system underneath.

You’re making calls slightly blind

Personal and business spending blur together, there are subscriptions you’ve lost track of, and the numbers only get a proper look when something forces it. It’s hard to make sharp decisions about where the business is going when you can’t see clearly where it already is.

There’s no one looking at the whole picture with you

You’ve got people for the creative work and the one-off jobs, but no one thinking about how it all runs together and where it’s quietly straining. So the small cracks widen on their own, and the longer it’s left, the harder and more expensive it becomes to put right.

I can help, and here are the four areas I cover:

Everything that keeps a small business running properly, grouped into four areas. Sort them once, keep them sorted.

Your digital setup

Domains, email, security, automations and the tech behind your business. Not just set up, but configured so everything connects, nothing duplicates, and the tools you’re paying for are actually doing their job.

Your business operations

How work moves through your business, from first enquiry to final invoice, mapped out and built into systems that run consistently. Less relying on memory and goodwill. More things happening the way they should, without you chasing every step.

Your business process and flow

Not everything has to go through you. But if you systemise the process and flow that is happening through your business, you’ll have a more hands-off approach to the tasks that you shouldn’t be doing. And more time doing the things you should be doing.

Your finances and admin

The unglamorous yet important part of the business. But as you can imagine, keeping on top of all the finance and admin work that comes with running a business will give you less headache and more energy to do the more important business tasks.

From tangled to sorted

Step 1: Start with a discovery call

You show me the current state of things, I ask the questions that need asking, and we work out what needs sorting and what it’ll take. No obligation, no jargon.

Step 2: The setup phase

Once we agree on the prices and the scope, I get the foundations properly in place across all four areas. This is the heavy lifting, done once, so you start from order instead of chaos.

Step 3: Then I keep it running

A monthly retainer means it stays sorted. You get a regular check-in, and the tangles never get the chance to build back up.

Why work with me

A virtual assistant takes tasks off your plate, but you have to know what to ask for and how it should be done. An agency builds you something and hands it back as a system you then have to run yourself. I sit in between. I work out what needs sorting, set it up properly, and keep it maintained, so you’re not left managing me or the systems

Fifteen years across digital, web, and operations means I handle the technical side and the human side without needing either explained to me. You stay focused on the work you’re there to do.

The rest quietly stays in order.

No long pitch. Here’s what working with me actually means in practice:

Technical and admin handled by one person.

Systems built to run without you managing every step

A fractional partner, not another hire to manage.

Plain English, never jargon.
